Sertoma is a not-for-profit international organization dedicated to “SERvice TO MAnkind”

Sertoma’s primary service project is assisting the more than 50 million people with speech, hearing and language disorders. Sertoma also sponsors community projects to promote freedom and democracy, to assist youth and to benefit a variety of other local community needs, as identified by the individual clubs.

  • Camp Sertoma Scholarships

    $500 Scholarships awarded to participants to Camp Sertoma (a camp for deaf individuals).

  • Deaf Services of Iowa Award

    Money awarded to Deaf Services of Iowa Youth Leadership Conference for individuals with speech and hearing challenges.

  • Boy Scouts & Girl Scouts

    Boy Scouts / Girl Scouts and other local organizations have been awarded money for individual projects.

  • $2000 Scholarships

    $2000 Scholarships awarded to individuals studying to serve those with speech and hearing challenges.

  • $2500 Scholarships

    $2500 Scholarships awarded to College Students with speech and hearing challenges.
